Thanks for your comment. We appreciate your understanding of Calasanz holistic exercises. Please understand that there are people who just come to Calasanz for physical conditioning rather than going to a traditional gym because they get a better workout at his dojo with exercises such as these. You are right. This is not bodybuilding, which most people, in particularly women are not interested in.
